We are excited to announce our first trail clean up day as a new member of Keep Tahoe Blue! SNRC has our very own Blue Crew and we have adopted Genoa Peak Rd on the East side of the basin. We are the first Blue Crew to sponsor this area which is a popular off-roading area and also intersects with the Tahoe Rim Trail. Let’s do our part to help keep one of the most beautiful lakes in the world clean!
Here are some import points for the day:
- The trail is rated a 3/10 on onX and is not too difficult. The brush is close to the trail in spots so pin-striping could happen.
- Wear sturdy shoes and bring gloves if you have them. We will provide buckets and trash grabbers.
- Lunch will be provided at the end of the trail.
